[Bioperl-l] downlaoding pdb files

Hi Luisa:

I dont think there is a way by which bioperl will help you to download the
PDB files since this format is not supported.  But if you want to find info
regarding the pdb file you might want to look at:

perldoc Bio::Structure::IO
