[Bioperl-l] my bioperl-db hacks

Hi,

We have had gbrowse running on top of the old (Singapore) biosql API 
for some time, and Vsevolod Iyuschenko at CSHL is close to being 
finished with a port to the new (post-Hackathon) API.  He and Hilmar 
are coordinating.  I imagine it will be ready for release soon, and 
probably for preview immediately.
