[Bioperl-l] problem installing bioperl on cygwin

I am trying to isntall bioperl on cygwin.

When I run perl -MCPAN -e "install Bundle::BioPerl" it 
works for a while but then exits with an error (see 
below). Help will be highly appreciated.
