[Bioperl-l] Bio::SeqIO::staden::read problem

This error crops up when, in fact, bioperl-ext hasn't been fully,
successfully installed (at least not in your site_perl/5.8.0). If you
do not need Bio::SeqIO::staden::read functionality, I suggest removing
that part of the installation tree.
