[Bioperl-l] Fwd: [Root-l] install error of bioperl

For some reason the bioperl ppm archive doesn't keep a copy of GD.ppd.  
Fortunately however another repository does.   Do this:

rep add Kobes http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms
