[Bioperl-l] empty POD documentation sections

I've been cleaning the POD docs and the following files have one or more empty 
sections. They are usually SYNOPSIS or DESCRIPTION. Could the authors please 
write something in them (while keeping in mind that synopsis should be 
runnable for easy copy and paste).
