[Bioperl-l] StandAloneBlast and Shell Variable Question

One option would be to reset the environment variable within your perl script,
like this:

$ENV{'BLASTDATADIR'} = '/usr/share/ncbi/blastdb';
$ENV{'BLASTDIR'}     = '/usr/share/ncbi/blast';
