You need two scripts: one to produce an HTML that contains an <IMG> tag, and
the other to produce the output that goes into the <IMG> tag. Example:
<img src="/cgi-bin/make_image.pl">
Alternatively, you can do it all with one script which uses different CGI
parameters to toggle between HTML-production and PNG production.
