[Bioperl-l] RemoteBlast user: NCBI changer RID extension

I contacted the webmaster of NCBI blast server and she told me that they had
changed the RID extension by adding .BLASTQ3 at the end of RID. 

So modify your RemoteBlast.pm (there is a post in August by Dr. Sergey V.
Orlov tells you how to do it) and it will work.
