[Bioperl-l] TIGR XML IO

Are their any ways to access the XML format that TIGR uses?
Specifically, the files under ftp://ftp.tigr.org/pub/data/ with the
extention of .coordset. I've been looking around and BioPython has one,
but BioPerl doesn't seem to have one.

Is anyone working on one for release? If not, I'll need to write one for
a project I'm working on, is there any interest in it being released
whenever [if ever] it gets done?
