[Bioperl-l] SearchIO, last hit in blast report dropped

It is now fixed on 1.2 branch - it will be included in the 1.2.2 release
and you can apply the patch which is associated with the bug to the
1.2.1 release (or do a CVS checkout of the 1.2 branch)
