[Bioperl-l] Why is '+' a delimiter in $OBDA_SEARCH_PATH?

Ewan,

What do you recommend then? I'm not used to seeing "+" in my paths, though
it's a standard in URLs.

it is due to teh URL standard, which has '+' as a delimiter.
