No, but you could write a script to do this very easily using Bioperl.
You can parse in each yeast chromosome from a genbank file, and walk
through each ORF, for each pair of ORFs you can classify the intergenic
regions as tandem, convergent, divergent, and then use $seq->subseq() to
extract the sequence and write it out if you like.
