Hi Aaron,
Per your request, I added code to test.pl to call my functions. It
seems to work alright based on my tests. You can find my new code at
http://www.stanford.edu/~yeeman/bioperl-ext.tar.gz
Ewan: I finally figured out how to make an AlnBlock object.
align_and_show now seems to be working. However, it still can't display
the matching type (either + or an AA char) in the middle. Maybe I will try
to figure this out in the next release.
