[Bioperl-l] Merged my code with bioprrl-ext-06

Hi Aaron,

	I merged my alignment code with bioperl-ext-06. I also added
bioperl style comments into my PM files. I posted them at

http://www.stanford.edu/~yeeman/dpAlign.pm

	The dpAlign.pm should be copied to the bioperl main distribution
under Bio::Tools. 

	I think I have done all I can do on my own. What is the next step
to put my code in the bioperl codebase?
