Just to inform you: the Pise API is not stable in this release, so some
problems might occur, although a standard use should be ok.
A completed version will be available at the end of next week.
It is already available here:
ftp://ftp.pasteur.fr/pub/GenSoft/unix/misc/Pise/Bioperl.tar.gz
