BPN: BioPerl Nouveau [Was: Re: [Bioperl-l] distant thoughts from a dinosaur...]

We need a bioperl-help group for the newbies.  Don't we have one already?

That way we can keep all development chatter in one big unruly list without 
scaring the newbies off.
