Dear all, I have installed Bioperl1.2, but i can;t find the module "Bio::Tools::Run::Alignment::Clustalw" and "Bio::Tools::Run::Alignment::Tcoffee". I have found these two *.pm files in bioperl-1.0.1. Can I copy them to the corresponding directory to access them? Thank you! Sherin
