Jonathan,

Take a look at scripts/biblio/biblio.PLS and
examples/biblio/biblio_examples.pl. But you said 'non-command line', I don't
think there's any tools in Bioperl that access Pubmed that don't use the
command line.

Subject: [Bioperl-l] searching pubmed

Hi,

Does anyone have any simple example code (non-command line) which would
search PubMed?
I'm looking for something which would give insights about how this is
done using either BioPerl or the WWW-Search module with the PubMed
backend.

Thanks,
Jon.
