bioperl-1.2.2 - Release Candidiate 1 is now available at

  http://bioperl.org/DIST/bioperl-1.2.2rc2.tar.gz


Please give it a go on various platforms and report back to list.


As far as I know only some bits missing are some Bio::Ontology fixes
from Hilmar. 

The change log is in  the root directory file 'Changes'.


If all goes well, we can get an other release candidate out - if needed
- by the end of the week, and do the release early next week.
