I thought this was going to be SO/SOFA compliant ?  If so, then 


five_prime_untranslated_region ; SO:0000204 ; SOFA:SOFA ; synonym:5'-UTR
three_prime_untranslated_region ; SO:0000205 ; SOFA:SOFA ; synonym:3'-UTR


also this is not true in so/soda
	splice_donor
	splice_acceptor
these are childs of primary_transcript, since neither appear in the mRNA
per se.
