[Bioperl-l] bioperl.pod and biodesign.pod

sorry for the late reply. the .pod files should be removed from the
repository, as there is a rule for making them in Makefile.PL from the
corresponding .PL files. this gives us greater flexibility in what can be
included in each file (author lists, version numbers, etc).
