[Bioperl-l] where is Bio::Tools::Run::WrapperBase.pm?

This is in a bug report on bugzilla.bioperl.org, can't remember the number
off the top of my head but you can search for WrapperBase and I find it.
It is a mis-packaging problem with 1.2.  You can get the file from
http://bio.perl.org/SRC/branch-1.2, or from CVS, or wait for 1.2.1 when it
comes out at the end of next week.
