Hi all,

I'm using bioperl 1.0.2 on linux and I have a big problem.

After a large number of blastall with StandAloneBlast.pm and BPlite.pm
in a single perl session I haven't other space on my root filesystem.
In this single session my computer wrote up to 1.5 Gb of data.
Where?
I didn't save any blastout file but parsed them via a factory object
creating a little report file of 2 mb.

I have found this message of jason in ml archive

http://bioperl.org/pipermail/bioperl-l/2002-January/007036.html

but this doesn't solve my problem

Perhaps bioperl saves some temp files in a directory different from /tmp
and not always removes before exit?

If yes how or where can I find this files to remove them?

Please help me
at the moment I cannot work on my machine

Thank you
