[Bioperl-l] bioperl.pod and biodesign.pod

I'm a bit confused about what's happening in my checkout. I thought 
these two have been removed? My commit incremented their version, but I 
can't compare to the previous one because it says it was deleted. Do 
these now exist or are they generated and somehow my checkout messed 
this up?
