[Bioperl-l] some tests fail on Mac OS X

AlignIO.t - passes fine for me on all platforms for latest bioperl code
so bug have been fixed.

ESEfinder & ELM

ESEfinder is failing because it requires that HTML::HeadParser also
be installed - I have added some bulletproofing code in module so it will
at least throw an error

installing fink pkg html-parser-pm  solves problem for me, so a prereq I
suppose.

I'm adding some prereqs to the Makefile.PL - need to see how that
operates in real life though..


Not had time to investidate the rest.
