[Bioperl-l] some tests fail on Mac OS X

Hi,

The following tests fail on Mac OS X (10.3.1) for the 1.303 release:

AlignIO.t			# 10
ELM.t			# 11, 13, 14
ESEfinder.t		# 4-5, 8, 11
RefSeq.t			# 4-7, 9
RestrictionIO.t		# 7-14
tutorial.t			# 19-21


The tutorial test also complained that Bio::SeqIO: game cannot be found.


Maybe there are some modules I am missing on my system?
