installing scripts (was:Re: [Bioperl-l] GFF scripts)

Is there a feeling that we should do a 1.2.3 release or is it more like 
starting push towards 1.3 (developer...) releases towards a 1.4.


I don't have any strong views, though marginally more time to run after 
bugs now...
