[Bioperl-l] StandAloneBlast

Hello,

  I have made a modification in our StandAloneBlast.pm to work with paracel
and I was curious if this would be of interest to include in BioPerl.
Basically, I have added a method to send the blast to paracel using pb
blastall. Let me know if you would be interested and, if so, how should I
proceed.
