We've found that a whole range of issues get picked up much faster.
People comment on the check-ins and spot problems, inefficiencies,
clarify misunderstandings. Spectators learn from the dialogues.
Bad interface design/usage gets spotted before it spreads.
There's greater understanding of the work people are doing.
