[Bioperl-l] Problem with bpfetch.pl

It is the same reason when you sometimes do an Entrez query the page comes
back with an error but upon a subsequent refresh it works. Nature of the
net or the servers we are querying. bpfetch should be fixed to be more
robust and warn when it doesn't return a sequence (or possibly
requerying) rather than throwing an error. Patches accepted =)
