[Bioperl-l] bioperl-run

Hi all,

Our sysads have just upgraded to perl 5.8.0, so now I am reinstalling a 
zillion of perl modules. I have also installed bioperl-1.1.1 but there are no 
Bio::Tools::Run modules anymore in this distribution. So my question is if 
there exists already a bundled distribution of bioperl-run or should I instal 
it from CVS?
