[Bioperl-l] BioGraphics highlight segment

Hi all,

A Bio::Graphics question,

I'm trying to draw is something like:

----------------------------------- My anchor
      ___________________________
     |_____|XXXXXXXXXXX|_________|   My track

Note that at some point my track changes its color, then get the color
back. The information for such change is just coordnates it's not a
SeqFeature like CDS or else. So what I'm looking for is something like this:

  "my track has a lenght of 1000 and I want highlight the 300..500 segment of it."

Sugestions?
