[Bioperl-l] 1.01 RC1

I've posted 1.01 release candidate 1 at

Please give it a whirl.  There may be a couple more little things that
need to get fixed.  If you know of changes that I did not include in the
changelog please advise.  Also Brian O - can you possibly merge the FAQ
changes from the trunk to the branch as I believe they will be interesting
to people downloading 1.01.
