[Bioperl-l] ABI file parsing

I'm willing to rename Bio::Graphics to Bio::Graphics::FeatureMap.  For
backward compatibility, there will need to be a Bio::Graphics.pm
module that loads Bio::Graphics::FeatureMap, though.
