[Bioperl-l] 'virtual' seqs

I think if seq->seq() doesn't return a string of the right length things
will break. Ideally we woudl separate out "a coordinate system with
features" interface and a "sequence interfaces" and Bio::SeqI would
inheriet from both, and EmptySequecneWithFeatures would inheriet from the
former.
But... If this thing will inheriet from Bio::SeqI then it should follow
the interface rules, and that currently says that ->seq and ->subseq give
strings back.
