[Bioperl-l] bioperl-run

Announcing the cvs module bioperl-run, this will superceede the
Bio::Tools::Run in bioperl-live.  Please try and checkout this cvs module
and insure that all is in order, I'll plan to do cvs remove this weekend
on the modules in Bio::Tools::Run.  If you have tests that normally run in
the core code regarding these modules, I request that you move them to the
bioperl-run as well as the necessary test files.  Do this by cvs add in
bioperl-run and cvs remove in the bioperl-live directory.
