[Bioperl-l] Performance improvements for gbrowse

Hi All,

I made a few fixes to Bio::Graphics that will make the performance of
gbrowse better when dealing with large overlapping sets of features
like ESTs.  Update to the latest CVS version of bioperl-live or the
"release" branch branch-1-0-0 and reinstall.  When laying out a test
set of 500 ESTs, I get a relative speed increase of about 5X.
