[Bioperl-l] new cvs module bioperl-runnable

I think we all agree now that bioperl-run should contain all runnabble
stuff, and can come in a "bioperl bundle" with the core and the
pipeline. On the pipeline side we should look at how to generically wrap
any Pise application, so that we can integrate Pise with the pipeline.
