[Bioperl-l] bioperl-db: tests all fail

Yeah I know, this was my stupid mistake, sorry about that. Nevertheless, DBTestHarness rebuilds the whole schema upon every test, which is not necessarily what you want (and on some systems can slow down the tests considerably), so I'm fixing that.
