Please see the bioperl list, we just had this discussion about zebrafish
genome. You're going to have to do some work to find the appropriate page
and CGI parameters though. We provide the basic tools - if you send us
the relavent information we'll try and add the functionality to the
module.

I use Bio::Tools::Run::RemoteBlast to run blast. But the problem is
about databse options, i want to use drosophila genome and
yeast, but never succeed. Could you why? How to fix it?
