[Bioperl-l] interesting ncbi fetch bug

We should move to the EUtils stuff which is meant to be stable. I will dig
out the URL references to this. 


This should be a main trunk thing, not a stable branch - perhaps this
argues getting 1.1 series heading towards 1.2 soon-ish but that is always
a bit of a trial to rebranch etc.



Best thing - develop on main trunk, think about backporting once
developed. i will poke around.
