[Bioperl-l] meme

[curious curious]

Hi all

just a fresh person here in Bioperl. We have to add meme program in our 
Pipeline. Has anybody written any wrapper for it? I work on Linux.(normal 
Redhat 7.2) Please let me know if there is anything written for it. Hope to 
get some help here.
