[Bioperl-l] Bio::DB

There are some biosql-ized bioperl classes living in Bio::DB in bioperl-db. This clashes with the purpose Bio::DB is for in Bioperl itself.

I suggest introducing Bio::DB::Persistent for those classes. Does anyone have objections or better suggestions? I'm going to expand the adaptor architecture as well, and those interfaces would go there too.
