Just a small one, bioperl-db should come out with bioperl-pipeline, since
it makes little sense to test the pipeline without a nice db to get
sequences from,etc (of course the pipeline can work with SeqIO too, it's
just that usually you are looking at something more persistent and sane
than flat files when running multiple analyses)
