[Bioperl-l] bioperl class diagrams

Bioperl class diagrams are linked off
http://www.bioperl.org/Core/Latest/modules.html

We now have the pdfs for the dia documents up on the webpage so you can
browse w/o installing Dia.  If you see something that seems wrong or
realize this is not up-to-date ('cause it was last generated by hand),
please feel free and fix things in the original dia file (located in
models/ directory of bioperl distribution) and we'll make sure PDFs are
regenerated.
