[Bioperl-l] Referencing BioPerl

Hi all,

Dave and I are just finishing up an Application Note to Bioinformatics
journal for the Genquire project and I want to reference BioPerl somehow...

Is there an "official" reference to BioPerl, or should I just use the URL?
