[Bioperl-l] New version of Bio::Structure objects

I've just commited a new version of the Bio::Structure objects. These
are believed not to contain any reference cycles. A preliminary version
of the StructureI module is also supplied (more to follow later).

Be gentle with it, it was made with a lot of love.

A version of the PDB file parser using these objects can be expected
shortly.
