Sorry, standard british expression, when you say "that's just not on",
i.e. unfeasible, but that is my perspective. I must say it is annoying
that in perl it is troublesome yto have this bidirectionality, since in
fact it is a very intuitive expected behaviour, e.g. transcript->exon,
exon->transcript...
