Hey, welcome to bioperl!

It's easy to fix something we can see, but difficult to guess which of the 
many possible mistakes you might be making.  It's convention on mailing 
lists of this type to cut and paste into your email a bit of code 
illustrating your problem.  Can you send back to the list an example of a 
script you're working on that doesn't work?
